Both our virtual and executive suite clients, as well as the general public, may utilize our conference rooms, video and teleconferencing, reception and hospitality areas as well as the full range of administrative services offered including the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
PES offers personalized telephone answering for multiple lines, out-dial call transfer capability, and computerized messaging. Use your cell phone and wireless card with confidence…no “dead zones” at PES. Complete mailing services are available including messenger service.
Full service banking can be found on the premises and parking is free and plentiful.
The office sizes vary with the rooms able to accommodate multiple people. Each office is furnished with an executive size desk, swivel chair, credenza and two guest chairs. The approximate size of the four types of fully furnished offices:
- Corner office – ±200 sq. ft
- Executive windowed exterior office – ±150 sq. ft
- Executive interior office – ±140 sq. ft.
- Team office – up to 275 sq. ft.
Amenities with each office include: fully furnished, equipped with a multi-line digital telephone that ties to our PBX, voicemail and internet connection, full-time receptionist, hospitality area, on-site management, mail services to meet, utilities and housekeeping. Wall hangings and other personal touches are provided by the tenants. All this is available – in an instant!
Flexible, short term agreements are available and can accommodate clients with special needs.
