Conference Rooms

Plaza Executive Suites provides conference rooms for clients and the general public:

  • PES has two conference rooms: 
    • our Boardroom can accommodate 8-10 individuals comfortably and includes two white boards, a  speaker phone, DVD/VCR and video conferencing (ISDN or IP).   
    • The Oak Room can accommodate 10-12 individuals comfortably and includes two white boards, TV and is adjacent to our Hospitality area for beverages or catering services.
  • These rooms can be used for business meetings, sales presentations, conferences, etc.
  • Schedule the dates and times with our Administrative Staff
  • Each room is Internet-enabled (wireless can be used is appropriate).

PLAZA EXECUTIVE SUITES, independently owned and operated since 1991, has been the Office Business Center benchmark in Danbury, Connecticut. The Center is located strategically just off Exit 2 of Interstate 84 , with easy access to NY and CT international airports as well as Boston and New York City.
